I focus myself on the task and of course the goal to become the top performer and I limit myself for not being available. Being able to reach the top performer takes me a lot of hard work and thank you to my Team Leader who always told me what to do and correcting my wrong doings all the time. I'll do my best at work to gain that spot again. The way my co-worker do their job spontaneously and being on top also that's give me the idea, if they can do it, why can't I. My colleagues are those who keeps me motivated

Being part of this team is a blessing, made new friends/family even we rarely see each other and just bond virtually... I believe that persistence is vital in achieving your goal. Perhaps the reason why I managed to stay in the top 3 is because I like what I do, I like my work and I have a good relationship with my colleagues. Focus on what you can control and have a plan for the rest.

I am a working mom and every time I get burnt-out, I would always go back to my reason why I am doing this job. With any goal you have, you need to know the reason behind it. I am a competitive person and I love challenges which motivates me to strive harder.

Be teachable and always keep in mind that every day is a learning process. It's not how long you've been doing your job but how you keep yourself motivated. Love what you do and make sure you allow yourself to enjoy the things you value.
